"Absolutely loved this place. Will definitely be back. I look forward to seeing it again when the outdoor area is finished. Food amazing. Rooms peaceful. The only issue was heavy slamming doors."

"Enjoyed the stay at Fatima Hotel. Easy to find, rooms are beautiful, and facilities are great."

"We had such a great time here! Property felt safe and welcoming. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable and water was hot for a few minutes. "Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was cleaned each day and the breakfast was prepared well and largely on time as requested"

"Snow Hotel hade ingen bokning på oss genom hotels.com. när vi anlände trots att vi bokat och pengar dragits. Inget som stod på hotels.com. stämde med verkligheten förutom namn och adress. Det som annonseras på hotels.com är inte det verkliga snow Hotel. Bilden stämmer ej, faciliteterna stämmer ej. Vi fick boka och betala ett rum på plats, trevlig personal och ok standard för priset. "Norbert is amazing - so thoughtful. Made us breakfast at 6am bc we headed out at 615, and he also walked us around town the night before to grocery shop and find dinner. Awesome place to stay in musanze!"

"The house is a 15-20’ walk from the center. Difficult to communicate with the lady (no French, little English) but her husband speaks fluent French. Excellent breakfast, clean and spacious room."

"The staff was the best part. They were so accommodating and friendly. The garden was also beautiful and the food was amazing. Highly recommend. "
