"Everything about my stay at the Oberoi was absolutely amazing. Wonderful service, property, amenities, and breakfast. I would definitely stay at the Oberoi again, as it was such a pleasant part of my Mumbai trip. I loved that there were mangos in my room. The breakfast also had a great variety of fruits, including three types of mangos. The location is also great, right along Marine Drive. I would reccomend the Oberoi in Mumbai to all my friends and family."

"Our recent stay at the Trident Hotel, Bandra Kurla, Mumbai proved that their hospitality goes far beyond luxury—it is a lifeline. My parents were stranded for hours on the Tejas Rajdhani due to severe monsoon waterlogging. Anxious and helpless, they called the hotel, triggering an extraordinary, coordinated rescue effort by the staff that our family will never forget. 🌟 The Midnight Rescue KK handled the initial afternoon call with immense patience, tracking the chaotic road traffic and checking in later to ensure their safety before handing over to the night shift. Varun took over seamless coordination, sending a vehicle the moment the train terminated. The next day, he gladly extended their check-out to 2:00 PM so they could complete their important work without stress. Nitish braved the conditions, located my parents right at the Bandra station platform, managed their luggage, and incredibly, brought along fresh, packed food from the hotel. The Night Staff welcomed them at 12:15 AM with warm, genuine smiles, instantly erasing the day's trauma. 🌟 Above & Beyond Care The next morning, Sunaina stepped in on KK’s day off to personally look after them. She tracked the ongoing rail disruptions, helping us pivot to booking an emergency flight. She even had their favorite food packed for the journey. Mr. Gobin then arranged their airport taxi. Showing unmatched care, the team called my father the following morning in Delhi to ensure their safety. Forever Great-full!"
