"Phenomenal. Thanks to the lovely staff (extra thank you to Alice), wonderful facilities & the wonderful location. Not only are the rooms spotless but the terrace at the back looking over the lagoon even had a view of flamingos.
Also at check out there was a genuine care & effort to help make my onward travel as smooth as possible."

"We stayed here from Oct 9-11, 2025. The place is so clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We were planning to stay in Venice but we were glad that we stayed in Murano instead. The place is only a ferry/boat away from Venice. Our room was clean, also they offer breakfast. We would come back here again. "
