• Breakage deposit: EUR 199 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply all year round. Other exemptions or reductions may apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 15 October to 14 May, EUR 2.60 per person, per night for adults; EUR 1.70 per night for guests aged 7-16 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 7 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 15 May to 14 October, EUR 3.00 per person, per night for adults; EUR 2.00 per night for guests aged 7-16 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 7 years of age.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: from approximately EUR 18.95 for adults and from EUR 15.95 for children
• Pet fee: EUR 20 per pet, per day
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Late check-in fee: EUR 35 for check-in between 10:00 PM and midnight
• Late check-out fee: EUR 59 (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping is available for an additional fee and varies based on length of stay and unit size
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 35.0 per night
