All in all, not bad, but I wouldn't stay again given the relative high price and the possibility of having another 'online' disappointment. The public area was beautiful and well-appointed, but I could not help but get the feeling that the owners invested in that instead of their staff. This business model puts all of the onus to solve problems on the guest - not what I want to pay for. "
