"Room was ok tidy carpets in the hallway were a bit stained questionable, could be a bit cleaner but think that could just age the bathroom shower was terrible. The water would suddenly would scolding hot. With no warning and water pressure would drop off. Breakfast was nice fresh Continental with a few hot bits. Staff are nice helpful."

We tried paying on card but he tried to take us for a fool by saying its not working and he wanted cash , however we relaised a button for currency conversion needed pressing on the card machine to work, we paid this and given a recepeit, the morning staff called us at 12 woken up me and my pregant wife and told us to leave and said that they did not do late check out , we have been forced to leave and no money refunded "

Au carrefour de deux voies importantes avec un feu de signalisation, l'hôtel est soumis à un bruit incessant ou presque: jusqu'à 1h30 du matin et ensuite à partir de 5h, ce ne sont que vrombissements de moteurs, coups de freins, klaxons, signaux de recul, vibrations et tremblements dus au passage des trams et des véhicules lourds... "Das Zimmer war sauber und zurecht gerichtet. Das Personal immer sehr freundlich und bei jeglicher Hilfe sofort da gewesen ! Eine schöne Aussicht über die Stadt von Brüssel, sowohl von der Rooftop als auch vom eigenen Hotelzimmer aus. Großes Zimmer war auch von Vorteil. Würde ich immer wieder gern machen. "

"We arrived in the city early and was going to ask reception if they could keep hold of our bags, they checked the system and our room was ready. Booked in early at no extra cost which was great as it gave us a chance to sort ourselves out before heading for a wander. There is a small park on the other side of the road, and out the other side of the hotel is everything you should need, shopping street with plenty of food places and retail therapy transport links are easy to get to as well… now...
