"This hotel is not even close rating 4 stars. It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them! In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. It was always warm in the room. After the second morning...

"Trata-se de uma casa antiga, que foi adaptada/reformada com 4 suites - cada uma com uma caracteristica. Localizada dentro da cidade, sem acesso a veiculos, e com muitas escadas, logo tem que carregar as malas em um caminho de pedras onde as rodas das malas nao andam. Sem servico algum disponivel. O proprietario entrega o cartao, e esta feito o checkin. "

I propietari sono di una gentilezza ed un educazione disarmante nel 2025...esiste ancora gente che lavora con dignità e va rispettata ancora d più per questo. un po' rumorosa la via che costeggia il b and b però nel complesso a settembre o giugno lo consiglierei "

"Ho prenotato la struttura tramite il sito hotels.com, il giorno del check-in, la reception mi manda indietro dicendo che non compare nessuna prenotazione a nome mio, quando invece avevo mostrato prenotazione e ricevuta. Pensavo che visto il disagio, mi offrisse una soluzione gratis mentre si cercava di capire l’inconveniente e invece per forza voleva farmi pagare un’altra stanza. "Hi, in general fantastic place but we lived two floors up in the attic. The first evening I went down to the car to fetch something. I couldn’t see the switch to turn on the light so I went down holding in the rail but suddenly the rail wasn’t there anymore in spite of there were three more steps in a turn! I fell and I did heart my two knees. It was now 12 days ago and I still have a lot of pain. "
