"Our stay was brief, one night, arrived at 9pm and left at 7.30 am. Room was a good size, private bathroom clean and pleasant. There is no reception so it's necessary to confirm an arrival time whereupon somebody will be on hand to let you in and show you around. Very helpful people run the place, I was in contact via WhatsApp a number of times pre arrival as we were delayed enough route. "The room was comfortable and roomy. It was literally right next to the Tower and Duomo complex! Staff was super friendly and spoke English well. I liked that they had someone available at a desk all day and that they could stow our luggage after we checked out. My only complaint was that our room was right next to the door and we could hear every time someone came in or out VERY clearly. It was only a 10 minute walk to the Pisa San Rossore station so if you’re coming by train, go there instead...

Although the staff left early & I checked in late around 8:30 pm they were very communicative and their instructions were very detailed and helpful. It is very very close to the leaning tower of Pisa it was literally on the same street & a 5 minute walk. "A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"
