"Easy and free parking, comfortable air conditioned room, nice breakfast and friendly staff. In short, a pleasant place to stay in the countryside. It’s not luxurious but ticks all the boxes if you’re looking for solid accommodation. We didn’t use the swimming pool but it looked nice. The restaurant on the premises served a delicious pizza and there’s a view of the lake from its terrace."

"What can i say about this stunning hotel! What an amazing find. I loved the location and our room with a huge terrace overlooking the lake could not have been more amazing. Salo is such a lovely place - beautiful shops - quiet - fabulous promenade - great restaurants. Perfect. The Staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. The breakfasts were fab and the pool area peaceful and quiet. Would not hesitate recommending and look forward to returning soon."

"The room was very nice and clean. We had a very large balcony with a partial view of the lake. The hotel came with free breakfast and they had a very large selection of food to choose from. The restaurants nearby were also all very good. They had a pool that we had access to but you had to walk about 5 minutes. The staff were all amazing and they always were happy to help with any questions you had. You would not be disappointed with Hotel du Lac."

"The staff were very good and helpful, we had a trip planned, meaning we needed to leave early to catch the ferry , and they kindly opened the restaurant early so we could have breakfast before we left, also the barman was very friendly , the setting on the lake is amazing , good selection of restaurants near by, and a short trip into neighbouring Salo , we will be coming back to this hotel again ."

"We enjoyed everything about our stay! The rooms were gorgeous and set up with everything we could need and plenty of space for 4 of us. The staff was was helpful and welcoming. "The property and its grounds are beautifully situated amongst the vines, for a peaceful relaxing stay. Our only disappointment was that the osteria/restaurant and gardens were completely unavailable for the second night of our stay. It would have been preferable to be advised of this on or prior to arrival rather than on the day, so we could have made alternative arrangements for dinner.
