"Check in was convenient, following the instructions given to check in at Hotel Pierre instead. Apartment has all needed facilities and amenities, as it is affiliated to Hotel Pierre (5 star hotel), all amenities provided was from them. Staff was friendly and brought us to the apartment and gave detailed instructions on how to access the building. "We stayed at Hotel Regina for one night after arriving late into Milan. The location is convenient, within walking distance of restaurants, gelato shops and the metro. Our room was very spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. The layout of the room also helped minimise noise from neighbouring guests, which we appreciated. "It’s hard to judge this. The room was small but quaint. It had the old Italian charm. The amenities, there weren’t any. Just a coffee machine and small fridge. The reception was in another building, with just one man that helped us get checked into our room. It’s plain and simple. No frills. The bed was comfortable and good shower."
