"The property was less than a year old, so it was very clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located as it is a short drive from CTS Airport, and is convenient for those who do not plan to spend multiple days in the Sapporo City Center.
We appreciated that most of the rooms are away from the main road, and that each room has an assigned parking spot. SMA MO Inn Chitose provided great value as it was spacious by Japanese standards. We would stay there again for future visits to Hokkaido."
"A relatively small, simple room, but clean, quiet, fully functional, and well-priced.
Close to the new Chitose airport.
Works well for a short-term, close to the airport stay."
"I liked the convenience of staying inside the airport when you either have an early flight or late arrival. The complimentary buffet breakfast was very good. The complimentary onsen admission is also a bonus."
"Room was large and suitable for family stay. Cleanliness was decent. Do not expect cleaning (including change of towels) for short stays. Though the service available for a charge. A bit confused about where to dispose rubbish as only recycling and combustible waste bins are provided. So we just use our own plastic bags for incombustible wastes.
There are no receptionists onsite. Just complete the pre check-in form and the check-in process will be smooth when you arrive.
Plenty of parking space at the back of the hotel."
"The staff didn't speak almost any English or Spanish. Only Japanese, and a tiny idea in English, that wasn't enough to answer or help with some things I needed.
Besides that, which is very common in Tokyo (against most ideas that "everybody" speaks English, which is not true at all), the hotel was a real finding: comfortable (tiny room with everything needed), clean, well located for my needs, in a quiet area, right across the street from the Subway entrance.
I would stay there again, considering that there is a 35 to 45 minutes trip to any of the central places I visited in my previous trip: Ginza, Harajuku or Shibuya are a little far. I didn't mind, but it may be inconvenient to somebody else searching for a centrally located hotel.
This hotel is a 20-minute walk from the Senso-ji temple, which I believe is one of the most amazing things to visit in Tokyo. I enjoyed it a lot, and I would go back to this hotel just to be as close as I was in my previous visit.
All in all, a great investment."
