"The owner Wes is a really nice guy who obviously takes great pride in this property and it really shows in all the details. It's clean, well organized, with lots of creature comforts like terry robes and slippers, beautiful lounge rooms, a nice fireplace, a jacuzzi in the back, free freshly cooked breakfast in the morning. This place is better than most hotels I've ever stayed at, which is amazing, but true. The location is also great, in the middle of the Allentown neighborhood of Buffalo...

"We loved having a mini kitchen in the room - such a convenient location to run to the grocery store - plenty of room in the fridge to store food. Full-sized coffee pot was fantastic. The breakfasts were good. Typical ham, sausage, bacon and eggs several different ways. Yogurt and berries and cottage cheese, bagels, toast, and waffles, too. "They booked my room in the middle of a group of rooms with school students on a trip. They were running and screaming up and down the hallway. Jumping on their beds, slamming doors, banging furniture u til very late hours. The front desk came up but it didn’t help. Then first thing in the morning they were up again. Terrible management of room assignment. Do better."
