"An apartment on the top of a Bar & Pizzeria. Really hot in it. Apartment is in great shape bathroom was dirty we bought cleaning product and cleaned it! The host is kind of goofy. Public parking right accross and small walkable town within a block. Don’t stay longer than a night !"

"Amazing stay at the hotel. From the moment you arrive (with the wonderfully helpful and attentive reception staff) to when you depart, everything was spot on. Great pool and abundant breakfast! Recommended and would stay here again when in Budva!"

"Breakfast was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Lo"

"Staff was responsive and friendly. I've whatsapp them to ask some questions and they were very helpful. The room is spacious and clean in general. Only two tiny issues, 1. the bedsheet has a stain. 2. the bathroom has quite a lot of mould. I love that there are lots of chairs, sofa and tables in the room and bathroom. Besides, the apartment also provides umbrellas. It rained during my stay and I didn't bring my own umbrella. The umbrella was useful. I'm really grateful that the staff makes...

"This is not a 5 star hotel! Note by the bed to say this gift is especially for you - there was no gift so we had to ask at reception what was meant to be there, should have been given a lavender bag Had to ask for the bottle of wine which was part of booking through Expedia Magnifying mirror in bathroom useless - it's stuck on the wall so you have to lean across the sink to actually see in it Stationery folder in room had one moth-eaten postcard and pen marks all over it. Four complimentary...

"This unit is spacious, modern and well located within walking distance of the Old Town, a mall and the promenade. Although it is located right off a very busy road (Kotor’s main thoroughfare), the bedroom windows have external shutters that greatly reduce the noise at night. We had no trouble sleeping. The hostess was very quick to respond and offered good suggestions for a day away nearby. There’s a flight of stairs to reach the unit, which is reached through a narrow outdoor hallway facing a...

"Fantastic location. Charming hotel. Electrical charging outlets in room need updating. Our room was in front of the hotel. We heard minimal noise from outside. Standard breakfast selections…….food was not salty as a previous reviewer claimed"

"The rooms are lovely but they have no self catering equipment in the kitchens despite having a kitchen. Large bathroom and comfy beds including the sofa bed. Only 2 loungers in the balcony even though we were three but I guess not a major issue if you use the beach. Bathroom towels on the small side the beach towels are better size and quality. Pool is small not heated and in the first floor, 10 loungers around it all in the shade. Loungers are not the most luxurious. Relaxation area has 2 beds...

"The gentleman who works at the reception is wonderful and very helpful. All staff are helpful."

"Proximity to bay and old town couldn’t be better. Very helpful staff. Would revisit."

"Great location and staff."

"Aparrment was clean, staff was very help, it was nice to have a coffee maker and great location, we will definitely stay there again."

"Loved this stay! The location was excellent, the room was so spacious (they even upgraded us!), the complimentary chairs at their own private beach were excellent, and the hospitality of the staff was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"We stayed at ALPESA for a week with 2 preteen kiddos. The condo was excellent with two bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms. Huge living space and two terraces. Communication was beyond excellent! Everything we needed or had a question, the host provided answers within seconds. The pillows were the best I have ever slept on! That’s a huge bonus! The beach is about a 10-15 min walk. Longer if you have kids. We had a car and parking was included in our stay. Supermarkets, bakeries,...

"Wir waren positiv überrascht. Wirklich sehr großes Appartement mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine dass wussten wir vorher nicht. Schöne Sicht zum Meer. Allerdings ist der Außenbereich irgendwie noch nicht ganz fertig."
