"The breakfast while there was a lovely selection the staff were very slow to replenish items that had run out , but helpfull wen pointed out , we were room 254 which was a corner room and quite cramped other wise everything was grand Christine at reception is a valuable asset to the hotel and companion I wud stay again only not in this room , the plus side was we were able to get into the room earlier thank you x"

"Beyond the fact that the heat did not function during my first night and I had to wear two layers of clothing through the night, the room was basically fine; although it could have been cleaner and a light bulb was out. "

"My partner and I stayed 2 nights here without a car and while the walk from the rail station was arduous, the stay was lovely. Our room was massive, the bathrooms were hard to find at first, but clean, and the staff were ready to help. We especially appreciated access to a kitchen with a decent amount of pots/plates/etc for making a simple dinner our first night. The property is a bit far from the center of Derry, but not unmanageably so; just be prepared for walking up and down hills! Check in...

"Decent sized room and easy check in. Reception area was not where I expected it, but breakfast buffet was sufficient if self service."

"The shower head is fixed to wall above shower screen doors,so when you take a shower the head of shower was spraying everywhere which I didn’t realise it was wetting my clothes that I was putting on and wash bag.this was room 105 I told them this but poor apology. I bet this will not be fixed "
