"Also zuallererst mussten wir eine Administration fee zahlen, welches nochmal on top auf den Hotelpreis kam (5,40€ pro Nase) und die Touripauschale von 4,35€ pro Nase, von der wir bei Expedia darauf hingewiesen wurden. Hm… transparent geht anders. Betten waren solala: zwei Einzelbetten zusammen gestellt, so dass wir nicht wirklich nebeneinander schlafen konnten. Heizung bzw. Klimaanlage hat gar nicht funktioniert und man hörte jeden Gast, der über den Flur oder über unserem Zimmer ging. Also...

"The room was clean, well appointed and had a turn down service. Reception experienced was seamless and exceptional as was the bar service. It is a beautiful property which is sure to have repeat guests. "

"Hotel correct, si vous aimez vous tenir en forme c’est la place! Pour prendre le tramway vous devez descendre 125 escaliers! Pas très pratique quand on a des valises, je trouve que les gens à la réception étaient pas bien courtois! On dirait que ça leur tentait pas d’être là!"
