"Very close to shibu onsen bus stop, very clean. The staff is all very nice. We were served by Suzuki-san, her English is very good, she explain all about the hotel and Shibu onsen nicely. Room is very spacious. It has indoor and outdoor onsen. Dinner and breakfast courses were fantastic and delicious. I will highly recommend to stay here when visiting Shibu Onsen"

"My friend had accidentally lost her backpack on the train just before we had arrived to the hotel for check in. As soon as we arrived at the hotel we asked to borrow their phone to call the lost in found center at the train station. After we explained the situation the hotel staff asked us what train we were on and what the backpack looked like and offered to call the station for us to help locate the backpack. This was a huge relief to us because we were worried about the language barrier over...

"Wir hatten ein Japan Deluxe Zimmer mit eigenen Onsen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Hatten für das Dinner und Frühstück einen privaten Raum ( Japan Style) Das Dinner und Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bestand aus mehreren Gängen. Ein Lob an die Küche und das Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"I had the best shower and bath of my life there, there's a lot of water pressure and very hot, next to the shower is the onsen bath open all night. The staff was a friendly and attentive the installations are beautiful. They Give you are Yukata that you can wear around town to get into the onsens. I made a reservation for the Japanese style breakfast and it was delicious they serve you Tamago Onsen. Would stay again. Lovely."
