"We are a family with 2 children, and we stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean. The receptionist was helpful and gave us a special attention with changing the room which was more suitable for our small children. The outdoor jacuzzi was pleasant and with hot water. The breakfast was tasty and equivalent of the properties' star rating. The only negative point was a Monday breakfast when I suppose the hotel occupancy was low, so the breakfast food variety was very reduced and except that the food...

"Happy Volley Resort is a nice hotel, new, swimming facilities, restaurant and many more. Location - far a way from city center. Road infrastructure is under reconstruction. View to Karkonosze is amaizing."

"Hotel je velice zastaralý. Před 20 lety byl učitě fajn, ale nyní to je špatné. Jídlo v restauraci málo teplé, než donesete ke stolu, je studené. K večeři si nelze objednat pití. Naprosto nevyhovující časy podávání jídel. Snídaně až od 8 hodin. Horší je to u večeří, ty jsou jen 17-19h. V zimě by to bylo OK, když je v 16h tma, ale v letní sezoně? Také by bylo fajn, kdyby přišel email, že v den příjezdu je večeře jen do 19h. My přijeli v 18.30h a recepční mne ani neupozornila, že se máme jít...

"Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Zimmer war leider hellhörig, aber es gibt zum Glück Ohrstöpsel. Keine Umluft im Zimmer oder Bad, aber die Fenster könnte man weit aufmachen, dann ging einigermaßen.Ist hübsch eingerichtetes Hotel, sehr nettes und flinkes Service. Die Zimmer sind je grau eingerichtet, kein geschlossener Schrank, man hat die Möglichkeit im Art Regal alles auszupacken, ich fand nicht schön, mir fehlte zumindenst für Unterwäsche eine Schublade. Was mich irretierte, ich habe jeden Tag...

"In overall, the hotel is nice, the host is great and oding it's best to help and support the customers. The rooms are very clean (!!!) and that's it about the hotel. Breakfast - poor selection of verity and quantity, wifi - very poor access. and finally, I was charged twice, a mistake that can happen - but the host is refusing the refund and sending me to take it with hotels.com. bottom line - will advise to find something else, evern closer to the city center."

"Schönes Hotel mit Wellnessbereich in einem separaten Gebäude. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unser Familienzimmer war leider zur Vorderseite ausgerichtet. Schöner Ausblick, aber aufgrund der Bar gegenüber leider etwas laut bis spät in die Nacht. Das soll den Eindruck aber nicht trüben, uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Im Winter sollte man Schneeketten dabei haben, da das Hotel an einem doch recht steilem Berg liegt."
