"We have stayed at this hotel in the past and was pleased with it which is why I rebooked for this trip. This trip we had several issues: 1) furnishings and room area looked and felt worn and dated, 2) some of the towels were not folded so we weren't sure if they had been replaced or used from the previous customer, 3) the A/C only cooled to 78. "Une seul nuit à l'hôtel. Il y a visiblement de beaux efforts pour rendre l'hôtel propre. Il y a quand même une forte odeur douteuse dans les corridors et dans la chambre il y a du parfum pour enlever l'odeur du corridor, mais là aussi le choix de senteur est douteux. La climatisation tres bruyante ne marche pas vraiment dans notre chambre. C'est quand même propre dans l'ensemble. Beaucoup de produits dans piscine font qu'elle est propre, mais très chimique. Le déjeuner du matin était très bien."

"The entire place needs a makeover but with that being said our room was clean,air conditioner worked great. We were notified that they were short staffed so that the rooms wouldnt be tidied up but that if we needed towels to get them at the front desk. With all that being said i would definitely go back because the staff were doingvthe absolute best they could and were so very friendly and helpful. Hats off to Angie in particular. Thank you!"
