"The hotel has charm as a historical building. The room was decent but lacked any historical quality that could have made the stay feel special. The carpet is old and dirty and the bathroom floor was also in need of an update. The shower had low pressure and the tub and walls gave the impression that they hadn’t been cleaned in a while."

"The checkin process needs to be updated very much… is not possible that it took almost 45 minutes to complete the process and I was not informed that I had to make a deposit of basically the 75% of the night fee, and that fee will be reversed on my bak account in 3 days… I booked two rooms and one of them was not opening that was reported 2 times to the front desk and at the third time after 1 hour (extra) the room was changed. The breakfast was half of the promoted, missing bacon and other...

"AC was not working in the room. Has a musty smell. And pool was out of order."

"We stayed in the apartment which is spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. A great value."

"The property was clean and the staff was helpful and accommodating. Location is right off the highway so you get the expected noise. The complimentary morning coffee is instant from concentrate so the taste is…off. Also, the WiFi has issues connecting and staying connected."

"The staff was friendly and welcoming, always professional. The room we had was very clean and well stocked as we had a kitchenette. The hotel is located near shopping centers and restaurants. They serve a great breakfast and in the evening they serve more food! The rooms were quiet, ice, laundry facilities and a gym were available to us also very well maintained. If we ever visit the Valley this is where we will stay."
