"Our shower was clogged and had to wait 20 minutes in between people showering for water to drain. Carpet in room was dirty and needed cleaning. A few cockroaches found in room as well. Shampoo/conditioner were nice and liked that they were provided. We did feel safe, but room needed some basic maintenance/cleaning"

"We had a wonderful time at El Serafín. The staff was wonderful from the beginning and gave us great ideas of places to visit and how to get around town. The hotel is very central, and it’s about a 3 minute walk to museums, Oxxos, and food spots. The location made it easy to explore and we really enjoyed our stay. We spent our evenings enjoying the terrace and watching the sunset. "

"Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este lugar, su ubicación es excepcional, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias. Definitivamente lo recomiendo, está en una zona segura y puedes caminar a donde quieras. El único inconveniente es que no tiene estacionamiento, pero tienen un convenio con un estacionamiento a unas calles. Definitivamente volveré a elegirlo cuando vaya a Querétaro."

"Excelente ubicación, a cuadras del centro, el personal super amable en todos los horarios (de los mejores tratos que hemos tenido) muchas amenidades, si hay algo que criticar es el tema del estacionamiento, pero son muy claros en poner que no hay. Sin duda volvemos"
