"I loved this hotel! The staff spoke English and were very courteous. The rooms are great and I loved the bathroom and the cute bathtub. They staff kept it clean and they had cute slippers and pjs for you. The location was quiet but a short walk to the action at sunshine city. The train station wasn’t far at all to me and I enjoyed the morning walk. The 7/11 is right at the corner which is part of the reason I chose to stay here. It was my first time but I’d definitely stay again. "

"The room is very spacious for Japanese standard and super clean with kitchen and washing machine which wonderful. Its a bit of walk from Ikebukuro station and too bad there is no lift at the Ikebukuro West (N) exit so ffor those who travel with alot of big luggages will be quite challenging. "

"Daiwa roynet is the best. Super clean, super new hotel. Wifi is okay, not amazing. Literally across the street from ikebukuro station south (east) exit. Steps to sunshine city. Unfortunately there isn't really a nice laundromat nearby, so you're gonna have to fight with everyone else.....for the 2 washer/dryer combo units for the entire building. Not ideal."

The loccation is very close to Otuska station.
The room bit small but it is cosy and clean.

"We were sceptical at first as this was labelled “love hotel”. We only stayed one night for the late check-in as we were only passing through. So glad we stayed here, it was the best stay in Japan! The bed and pillow were so comfortable, jacuzzi is amazing and they provide so many toilets amenities - hair curler, straighteners, hair mask, bubble bath etc.. very soundproof (if uhm you are worried about the noise). We wish we could stayed more nights there. "
