"WE LOVE THIS HOTEL! The staff is always amazing and always so willing to help when needed. The rooms are always clean, and no bad smell anywhere in the hotel. The rooms come with just about anything you would need but the front desk has a borrow locker if needed. Good safe area, lots to do around. Seriously can't say enough good things about this hotel!!"

"I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Buffalo/Amherst/University for 8 days and 7 nights. The weekend nights were a little loud with kids roaming the halls late into the night, but this is not uncommon at most hotels, and I have great earplugs for sleep. I did not have the breakfast once while I was there, so I cannot review it. The parking was great, and I was able to park very close to the hotel the entire week. "Staff was lovely. We woke up to lots of snow and the concierge had a leaf blower out to clear everyone’s cars! Only downside of the stay was that there wasn’t really housekeeping. They did not make the bed for our 2nd night and they took the dirty towels but didn’t leave any new ones. Had to get some from the front desk. "
