"No tub option, I guess that’s common at hotels but without a pool/spa this seems like an easy “perk” No bathroom hooks for towels, super annoying. Water is a precious resource, dont use a new towel after every shower - you come out clean!? Not clear it’s an outdoor pool only, how can you even cost out an outdoor pool in a cold climate? Noisy HVAC Weird access to a really pretty basic 99 restaurant No 24 hr drinking water access, but 24 hr coffee?"

"Room was large and equipped like an attractive studio apartment; shower well designed, tv large and on a swivel so viewable from seating area as well as from bed. Great room! More than we needed! Raymond, at front desk was super friendly, welcoming and helpful!"

"Place is kid friendly me and my kids pick Breakfast is amazing french food the staff/ waiter at the restaurant was amazing met all my needs ! The staff at the lobby where you check in very professional and respectful lobby 10/10 (very clean) the rooms are clean nothing on the walls / floors the bathroom was spotless the beds very very comfortable and my kids enjoyed their stay as much as I did I definitely recommend this location 10/10"

"We are a family of 6, the room was large. Mattresses need to be upgraded, they were very uncomfortable. My children enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Close to a lot of things"

"The hotel looked nice, but when we got there every amenity was closed from the pool, spa, and resteraunt. Our spa appointments were canceled days away from our stay due to the masseuse leaving for the weekend. Our room was stated to have a hot tub, but it was just a bathtub with jets, and there was hair in the tub and stains on the curtain. Debris also came out when we turned on the tub faucet. The sink would also not stop dripping. Additionally, there were hornets in the room and the AC did...

"We were coming from Canada and the front desk clerk would not give us our reserved room because our passports did not contain visa stamps. The clerk would not accept that Canadians travel visa free to the US. When we asked for the written policy he said it’s on the website. When we saw that it isn’t he said it was given to him verbally by management. Looks like he was making it up as he went. After 15 minutes of arguing, the riled up clerk finally checked us in. "

"The moment I checked in at 3pm, I was greeted professionally by a female staff member. A heads up, parking is currently $7/day and $20 is taken from your card. Once you check out you get reimbursed the money unless you buy something from their store in the lobby. For example I stayed one day so I was reimbursed $17 back into my account once checked out.
