Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. "Be prepared for the dress code standard at this property, collared shirts required at the bar and restaurant no hats in the lobby. you must be well-dressed to lounge in the lobby although it is permissible to traverse the the lobby in street clothes provided you don't work there the rooms are made available to guest but are owned by the Missouri athletic club and it has Country club type rules it's an excellent place to stay but be prepared for this before booking."

"Several lights in the room did not work, only 1 bottle of water for 3 guests, valet didn’t lock my car that was sitting out front, had to go to desk to remind, breakfast was just ok, but overpriced."

"When we called to request that someone bring bedding and sheets for the sofa bed upon our arrival, the front desk guy told us, "I don't have anyone available to send to your room." When we asked when the bedding could be delivered, he responded with "Geeez" while hanging up the phone!"

"No room service plus one menu for the whole day. Breakfast is buffet only no al cart. All the staff is very nice."

"Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience"
