"Not a good experience at all. Walked into the room where the inside temperature was close to 100°. And this was after I had to return to the lobby to get a new key because the first one didn’t work. Bathroom and room floors were very dirty, and the Wi-Fi performance was poor. The only good thing to say about our stay was that it was a nice mattress. Will not visit this establishment again."

"The ceiling in my room had water damage, and was leaking water and ceiling white stuff onto the floor and bedside table. The bathroom fan was not working. There must have been mold in the room or air conditioning unit. I have been sick with a severe cough and laryngitis since I stayed at your hotel. "I liked that the actual rooms inside were fairly clean with comfortable beds and good hot water pressure in the shower. What I did not like was that the appearance of the place looked like a low-income apartment building. The residence got loud on Sunday night after midnight, and I had a plane to catch at 6am."

After standing in the lobby for quite awhile with multiple attempts to call before someone finally answered and came to check me in. Even then, I waited longer before receiving assistance. I was also charged a non-refundable $10 linen fee for a one-night stay. When I asked about it, I was told it's because guests get the towels dirty...
