"Very helpful"

"This hotel located in Westdale commercial area, close to restaurants and shops (Walmart and Target). The staff was helpful during the check in. The room had decent space and it was clean; the bathroom was new with lots of towels. The breakfast was ok with a pancake machine, avena, scrambled and hard boiled eggs. There was a small inside swimming pool and a gym too."

"Air conditioning was very odd. You couldn’t just set it to cold. If the temp got below the temp set, the heat would turn on instead of just turning the air off. So the room was constantly changing between warm and cool. Beds were comfortable. Staff were all friendly. Hotel was overall very nice. Would stay again."

"Candice was awesome and deserves a big raise. She was efficient and helpful and cheerful. She greeted me everytime I walked in!"

"I would not recommend nor stay at it again. The bed was a cheap foam mattress with no support beneath. Furniture was sparce and worn out. Probably got from a garage sale. Facility was badly in need of refreshing. I had to have staff for a chair. Breakfast was cold and uncreative. I'm beginning to think about not ever booking at a Hampton Inn again. They are falling apart."

"I had hair on my sheets and the rooms were not clean. The area was sketchy and pretty sure the people by us were doing drugs, you could smell it and it had that atmosphere. I'd never recommend staying there."

"My son left his wallet on the TV stand of the room. Staff kept delaying until room was cleaned and housekeeper moved on. He had alot of money in his wallet along with other sensitive items. Very disappointed in the hotel staff"

"I wish I had caught her name, but the lady that checked us in was amazing. Friendly, personable, helpful, and prompt. Breakfast was decent, typical continental options but also some healthy toppings for oatmeal offered. My only feedback is that the indoor pool was freezing. Not sure if the heater was out, or if they just don’t have one, but was definitely too cold for our kids."

"Hampton inn has been my preferred hotel for years. Lately the chain has not been a step above the rest. Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains. The big bummer was the air conditioner didn’t work properly. When I got in the room the thermostat was set to 63 but it was 70 in the room. Me...

"We were able to check in early, which was nice. TV and bathroom were outdated. There were two of us. I had to ask for a second room key and there were exactly two of each towel. Seemed a little stingy—a bit inconvenient if you want to take more than one shower. But it was fine for one night."

"I'm here Monthly. Everything is broken!! And they blame it on the "remodel". It's bs! I've been in two newly remodeled rooms and there are a lot of broken items that are brand new. Only 1 working ice machine in the entire building due to the "remodel". That's bs, They can be fixed in a week. The entry doors are broken, apparently, due to the remodel. Again, more bs. No fridge in the room, no ironing board. A/c does whatever it wants. Hate to say it, but it's American construction at its finest!...
