The hotel was very far- it was 14 minutes taxi ride and had to wait more than 15 minutes just to get a taxi. We had a limited time to see the Plum festival. Most of the time was spent commuting. We wanted to walk and explore and was not able to do it"

"You get your own parking spot right out front of your room. The room itself is a nice size. There’s a vending machine and washing machine onsite as well. Nothing in regards to dining or shops in the area which was okay as we were just passing through for the night. We were only given one pillow between the two of us and when we requested for a second we were told that we had to pay? I found this ridiculous as they were happy to give us two towels and I booked for two people but apparently they...

"Great chain of hotels who get all the basics so right. Great beds great facilities great to have access to coffee all the time. Felt like coming home great location but would need own transport to get to places "

"大人2人、3泊でツインルームを利用させて頂きました。 チェックインの時に、画面上でどこかに居るスタッフさんに繋がるのですが、隣(⁉︎)で話している声がまる聞こえで、少し心配になりました。 部屋は綺麗で、木の香りも良かったです。 隣の声やTVの音はよく聞こえてました。 洗濯乾燥機があるのは、便利でした。ただ、QRコードで取説を見たのですが、全く違うタイプの洗濯機の取説でした。 目の前にコンビニ、歩いて3分程でダイソー、スーパーマーケット、ドラッグストアがあるので、買物には困らないです。"
