"Quiet neighborhood, nice people, and excellent breakfast."

"A very nice, clean hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Spacious room. Bed is quite hard and the pillows were small and lumpy. There is no food at the hotel other than breakfast as the Italian restaurant is not yet open but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance."

"The location is supper fantastic. The willingness of the staff to go far and beyond to support on any request is something to applaud for. I loved the colorful decor of the room and the color combination of the bathroom very pleasing. The bed was super comfortable The only drawback I would say is the hotel had no functioning restaurent at the time I stayed and no a real lobby one would expect from a 5 * hotel."

"This was our third time booking at the Steigenberger Hotel in downtown Vienna and I can’t wait for the next trip. Everyone at the hotel was polite and helpful. The room had lots of space and comfortable pillows. And the location was perfect for walking to dinners and sightseeing. Thank you for everything!"

"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"

"Very cheap rooms. Very uncomfortable. No closets, no night stand, not a single lamp or light in the room above eye height, very dark at night. Open place to hang clothes, that's it. This is ABSOLUTELY not a 4-star hotel. The room is 2-star level. Location is very subpar also - too far from center of town. Breakfast is OK. Some in the staff are very unhelpful - our AC didn't work for a full day (it was so uncomfortable), yet they first refused to do change our room when they couldn't fix it. Only...

"This was an excellent place to stay. We got a full-size apartment with kitchen, full bathroom, queen size bed, living room area, and a large open space. Very comfortable. Very quiet. Good elevator. Safe in room and front desk offers safe. Honored special requests. Very nice front desk people. We’re very pleased. Also, this is within walking distance of lots of interesting parts of the Inner Stadt."

"Check in with Christian was quick, friendly and helpful. My single room was small but clean and functional. The morning breakfast was included and a great start to the day. Amazing location near Stephansplatz and public transportation."
