"First, I had occasion to contact the property several times before our arrival and the staff could not have been nicer nor more pleasant to talk to and were very happy to accommodate my requests. Upon arrival, again the staff was beyond helpful and pleasant and went above and beyond to promise us coffee earlier than their normal set up time (we were out early fishing). The rooms were very clean and everything worked and even though we were close to the freeway, the traffic noise never bothered...

"You get what you pay for. Room was not well maintained and smelled like it was a smoking room. The shower stall had a repaired hole and the furniture was missing handles not that we used them. Absolutely no amenities with your stay. The bed was comfortable enough but that was it. The room I got might have been a long stay room. Glad we only stayed for a night. I don't think I will be staying there again."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The area is very busy with a bus stop in front of the hotel. This made the area feel unsafe in the evening. There were many shops and dining options nearby."

"My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the temperature was perfect. The staff was accommodating, I was able to check in early and check out 30 mins after check out time. Plus I received cookies just out of the oven. The breakfast choices were limited but very tasty. Thank you for taking good care of me during stay."

"Hotel was clean, great AC for the heatwave and our room was a triple and large for a Hotel in Rome. The rooftop terrace is a great spot for a drink or light dinner. Centrally located to everything."

"I had an overnight flight into PDX. I arrived at the hotel before 10:00 am hoping they could accommodate me into a room immediately. The front desk host saw that I was tired and got me right into a room. Super happy with that."

"The room was clean, but it had a terrible smell. I’m almost positive it was the microwave, I asked for it to be removed and they said they couldn’t take anything out of the room and offered me an air freshener. The A/C only worked for the first few hours I was there also. I asked to switch rooms but was informed they already had acute guest needing to switch rooms. In the end I found a different hotel and did not finish my stay."
