"2泊3日で利用させていただきました。
チェックインの際は宿泊客が多い割にはスムーズに流れそんなに待たされることもありませんでした。またロビーにはウォーターサーバーも設置されており暑い日でしたのでとてもありがたかったです。
ただ一点、カードキー2枚の内1枚の反応が悪く解錠出来ませんでした。
あとは客室も清潔感がありスタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧で機会があればまた利用させていただきたいと思います。"

"This is an authentic Japanese Ryokan, where you sleep on mats on the floor. We used three mats each to be comfortable. The room was spacious. The bathroom is immaculate and we loved using the onsen or hot bath. The Japanese breakfast was absolutely delicious and included a great variety of foods. The staff was gracious and very helpful. "Clean hotel. Location great as close to Hiroshima station. At check in staff was very helpful but still appears to be a complicated process. Experienced similar issues at Osaka APA hotel so something systemic, nothing to do with staff who were very helpful.
