"I loved this hotel! First time in Berlin, a solo traveler, and I got lucky with great location (close to everything), nice room, nice breakfast, and great atmosphere. I will definitely come back and stay here again, even though there are plenty of other hotels around. This one was perfect for me. "

"I was not in Berlin for the best of reasons, but the staff at the hotel were wonderful and made me feel welcome. In particular Tony and Gregor at the Front Desk were absolutely brilliant, and a true example of hospitality. The GM, I unfortunately do not remember her name was also very helpful. The buffet breakfast is great. There are so many options and a menue one can order from as well. The sauna and pool on property are fantastic as well. The hotel is right next to Museum Island and has lots of transportation options. I would definitely book here again."

"The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed signature cocktails at the bar's happy hour and the poetry "photo booth" in the lobby was a very welcome surprise! The only downside was that our room was not checked on once during our 5 day stay, but when asked, the staff was always quick to provide what we needed. "

"Excellent location, rooms were clean although basic as expected but showing signs of tiredness, also we were allocated two accessible rooms, shower curtains didn't fit / work properly. Also when checking in we were made to pay extra for kids breakfast even though we had already prepaid. Breakfast was fine for a basic continental. "

"Great location for sightseeing. We had a one bedroom apartment with 2 beds in the living room for kids. We still had a sofa to sit on and it was a well equipped space for a family of 4 over 5 days. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier all made it an easier holiday. Unfortunately, the pool was out of action due to a technical problem which they said will be fixed in 2 weeks. We had the breakfast on the first day which was good and even had gluten free cereal and bread which I enjoyed. Overall a lovely place to stay and we had a great time in Berlin "

"Excellent hotel, very good service from the staff, super central with a metro stop on the corner, and many attractions within walking distance. It has parking and the breakfast is very good. We had a few items that were not replaced in the room on a daily basis, but we reported it and they were taken care of."
