"The actual hotel was fine, the area that its in is not safe. Just outside of the entrance there were homeless people laying on the ground and strung out on drugs. I didnt feel safe at all having my family in this particular area of the Bronx. Would never stay here again for that reason."

"They use downfall pillows in the hotel this causes allergies to people who are allergic to feathers. Also not willing to do a later checkout past 12 even though the hotel wasn’t even close to capacity."

"In my option, the hotel looks run down, old. Might be due to the area that it is in. Also as I was leaving I notice the Home Depot next door and there were a lot of workers standing there waiting for a pickup truck. Honestly I have stayed in better quality hotels 3rd World Countries."

"Bathroom was not clean. Hair from the previous visitor was on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Shower curtain was discolored. Elevator was too small, and only fit 1 person with their belongings in it at a time. Crumbs on top of the fridge. Found someone’s credit card in one of the drawers, which also indicated that they’re not cleaning the rooms properly. Indoor hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. "Is ok for a decent motel to sleep"

"I really liked the location of the hotel. The staff was friendly. The shower was very nice. The bed was comfortable. I wish there was a full length mirror. I also wish there was somewhere to unpack my stuff & more hanging space. The best part was that it was a 4 min walk to the bus to Main street Flushing & a deli/convenience store Also only about a 6 min walk to College Park with tons of delicious mom & pop diners/restaurants, discount stores, groceries, market/delis. I would stay here...

"There’s no place to park, unless you park a block away and then you would have to pay for parking. Not in a safe area to park. The area itself didn’t look safe."

"We ended up here after our flight from JFK was delayed until the next day and this was a great experience after a miserable day. The hotel and room were brand new and spotless, the staff was very nice and helpful (under difficult conditions, with lots of grumpy and frustrated travelers!), and the location -- around the corner from the Jamaica AirTrain/LIRR station -- was perfect. We were grateful for it!"

Nowhere on the side says they require two pieces ID one for you and one with the person that you with I was trying to explain to him that we live far away and that I have reserved the room through Expedia. He did not care and he just told us to find another hotel if we have another ID, I have my drivers license for my girlfriend left her in her car. We were forced...
