"Central location. Straightforward check in and check out. Clean & neat. Good air conditioning. Highly recommended!"

"Nice apartment. There is enough cutleries. There is a coffee machine(no pods). The fridge has drinks available. The water was free, there was a menu showing the process for the other drinks. There is air conditioning. Sofa bed was very comfy. There is a hair dryer. Very cLose to the beach. There is balcony. Shops nearby. Mercado central is right across the road. Checked out at 12. Was able to leave the bags at the reception. Also was able to use the shower in the evening when I went to get the...

"As we arrived in the morning the apartment was not quite ready, however the reception had a small room where we were allowed to freshen up, which was great. They were very accommodating and efficient. When we requested additional towels and toilet rolls, these were provided fairly quickly. Rooms were also cleaned as and when you leave the sign on the door. The hot tub in the room was brilliant and the highlight of this apartment. "Perfect location inside the old town and very near the beach. Nice restaurant all around and safe even partying at night. I loved the fact that it has a stacked kitchen with packets of olive oil, detergent for washing dishes and clothes. That is a very nice touch for their part and much appreciated. I actually love staying here except that me and my partner had several bites the next day. Bed bugs is the most probable cause but could have gotten from somewhere else."

The apartment door is difficult to unlock but we finally figured it out. Had trouble turning stove and oven on. No instructions! Finally figured that out and the washer too. Would have been nice if Vanessa could have come with for a few instructions and help. The apartment was clean other than the vent in second bedroom. The housekeepers were good weekly. Bed was...

"With help from fantastic personnel we could change to a room that we really enjoyed at their main hotel castelar palace. The room and the service were fanrtasic: friendly and helpfull in evereway. We shall most certainly come back to this wondeful hotel."

"Excellent spacious property right in the historic area of Alicante. Everything was within easy walking distance. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants. We were allowed to check in early for free which was great with a mid morning arrival. Would highly recommend these apartments would rebook again ourselves."
