I just checked out of Willow Bay Resort, and my stay was wonderful! The room was very clean, the views were amazing, and the staff I met were very friendly. The price was great for the location, and I would definitely stay here again. 10/10!

The staff were amazing, 3 guys worked that weekend front desk and gave the best customer service I received the whole trip. They were very attentive and accommodating. The guy who checked us in was the absolute best! Gave us places to go and we had a ball!! Def staying here nxt time!

Willow Bay Resort made our family vacation easy from start to finish. The property was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location with quick access to the beach. The suite had plenty of space, the balcony view was excellent, and everything we needed was close by. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They were quick to answer questions and made us feel like valued guests instead of just another reservation. The amenities were also a big plus. The pools were clean, the grounds were well kept, and there was plenty to do without feeling crowded. Traveling with a young child can be stressful, but Willow Bay made the stay comfortable and relaxing. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Myrtle Beach.

Check in was very smooth-As we entered the room there was dirt on the floors, a dirty washcloth still hanging up, with poop in the toilet I had to Clorox and sweep the whole place-there was also a hanger still hanging up in the extra room, the view was great but the windows were dirty Popsicle wrapper floating in the pool

Our stay at Willow Bay Resort was outstanding from start to finish. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. Check-in was quick and easy, and every question we had was answered with a smile. It’s refreshing to stay somewhere where the staff clearly takes pride in making guests feel at home. The amenities were exactly what we were looking for. The oceanfront balcony offered breathtaking views, the beach was just steps away, and having a full kitchen and spacious suite made traveling with family incredibly convenient. The pool area was clean and well maintained, parking was easy, and the property had a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere while still being close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Waking up to the sound of the ocean each morning was the highlight of our trip. If you’re looking for a quiet, family-friendly oceanfront resort with outstanding customer service, beautiful views, and excellent amenities, Willow Bay Resort is an easy choice. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay.
