"The room was clean when we arrived. Staff at desk was pleasant at check-in. Other than that, they didn’t acknowledge you coming or going. Our room was not cleaned in the 3 days we were there. We always reuse towels so that wasn’t an issue, but our trash can could have been emptied. Our stay was okay. Quiet area and it was close to a variety of restaurants."

"I loved the price and location just a few minutes from downtown and BOS airport. Building and all decor is quaint. For those who love snd find nostalgia in antiques. Room and other areas are very clean and lobby area had a very pleasant aroma. My let down is that they're already in a suburban area, and there is still a charge to guests to park their vehicle. To be fair, I believe it's a BOS thing, because I didn't find a hotel in the area that didn't charge for parking."

"The hotel was perfect for what we needed. We just needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours before catching our flight home. Bed was comfortable, but our room smelled musty."

"The staff was very friendly, and they made check-in and check-out a breeze. Parking was easy as well. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great if you want proximity to Boston without being central to the city."

"Very good new hotel; clean, nice beds, friendly and helpful staff. The selling point for me is its location, which is within walking distance to Porter T station, many restaurants and cafes, Target, CVS, grocery store, and urgent medical clinic."

"The entire hotel decorating is warm, cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the lounge room with fireplace. I enjoyed reading one of the books in the lounge while I drank coffee and ate a warm biscuit. Maggie was an outstanding hostess. It felt more like a high end bed and breakfast than a hotel. It was a memorable stay. We took photographs of the decorating because we wanted to remember some of the layers of color and texture."

"Couldn’t love this place anymore. Joe was amazing to work with and made us feel so cared for. The hospitality there and the small touches make it a property worth seeking out again. Will definitely be back."

"Valet parking was efficient and responsive. Rooms are small and shower was tiny. Robes are made of a cheap and not cozy fabric. Bed is very comfortable. The restaurant and bar seemed nice and convivial. Too bad there is no breakfast offered on weekends. Hotel is well located for North Cambridge."
