"The Andaz Costa Rica Resort at Peninsula Papagayo was incredible and truly exceeded our expectations. The resort was beautifully maintained, with breathtaking scenery at every turn. We especially loved the pools, the seamless boat rides to the beach club, and the consistently friendly and attentive staff. One of the highlights was enjoying our morning coffee at sunrise while listening to the howler monkeys—an unforgettable and uniquely Costa Rican experience."

"The breakfast menu was good. I liked that cooks were available at multiple stations to prepare omelettes, fresh juices, or desserts. There was enough food at the main breakfast area. I see less waste than at other resorts I've been to."

"This was one of our favorite places we have ever been. The communication from before arrival, all throughout was so good and made it easy to decide what to do. The Mantu (friend in native dialect) or Butler guides the day and makes it easy to curate your experience on the go. Must do: Sunset drinks at Ambar one night, spa pool (you can access anytime) for sunset, nature tour, snorkeling (the will lend you a snorkel for right off the beach) Every hour they bring round a little bite or juice while...

"Overall, I had a really good time. The food was actually very good compared to some of the reviews that I saw that mentioned it was mediocre. The transportation staff were top-tier and their driving abilities are unmatched. The only thing is that I did call and asked for the in room snacks to be stocked, but that was never done during my time."

"We had a great stay at the W. It was a beautiful resort with helpful staff. There was some wear and tear on furniture in the room but didn’t impact the stay. It was definitely pricey but paying for the brand. Only thing I wish was that for families traveling the adult only pool is beautiful and we will there were some hours that kids could enjoy the space as well."

"Everything about Casa Chameleon was impeccable. The friendly staff, the complimentary daily breakfast and the clean rooms made the experience even more enjoyable. The property had immaculate views overlooking the ocean and the Catalinas town that is relatively new with condos shops and restaurants and a beautiful beach club. My next trip to Costa Rica, I I’ll be staying here. If you are looking for a relaxed, calm vacation vibe, Casa Chameleon is for you!"
