Very nice hotel with everything you might need. Friendly front desk employees who spoke English. Rooms are clean, roomy enough, lots of outlets, shower and toilet separate. Great location in main square with pedestrian area close and a castle directly behind for great trails and view. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

It was really fantastic! Everyone working was super friendly and helpful especially since we didn’t speak the language and had some transportation issues. They were then willing to help us figure things out. Highly recommend!

Betale ikke for et 4* så bliver du skuffet.

At komme ind i et ældre hotel, hvor alt i lobbyen skriger "ta ikke plads i vores lobby " er ikke en god start.. lyset er slukket, og der er dunkel Da der kun er lidt lys udefra, og fra hvor der sidder en og tager imod... Ikke noget med at rejse sig op, fordi receptionen er så lav så det giver ikke mening. Men det forstærker blot "vi byder dig ikke velkommen", men vi skal da nok betjene dog, hvilket hun også gjorde til fuld tilfredshed. Værelset var det det man må forvente, og måske ret teknisk lever det op til et 4* hotel, men med over 90 overnatninger på hoteller rundt om i Europa om året, mangler dette hotel en del for at leve op til hvad man kan finde af andre 4* hoteller. Med andre ord, jeg var skuffet over hotellet, og byder ikke have mere end 3* .

Guter Ort, gutes Hotel

Wir hatten ein gutes Zimmer, was den Erwartungen entsprach. Allerdings gab es im Bereich der der Wanne mehrere Stellen mit schwarzem Schimmel. Auch wollte man anfangs ziemlich happige Gebühren für das Abstellen unserer Fahrräder in der Hotel-Garage. Das wurde nach Protest aber fallengelassen.

Very friendly team - English no problem

A slightly dated decor in the hotel, but the rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms were modern and the choice at breakfast was plentiful. Perfect for a short business trip. And the team were all very welcoming in English.

Great location on the main square. More of a 3 star hotel than 4. Don't expect everything to work properly in your room. In mine, there was no TV remote control and the the shower leaked. Good quality Wi-Fi. Beware that check out is at 10am!

Dirty Run Down Trucker Hostel unprofessional mgmt

Horror Hostel for Truck Drivers, manager person Iva Drašnarová that only talks to her unprofessional front desk girls and is unreachable Very run down facility, dirty, cold, no service and just the worst place to stay in Czech republic. A tour bus entirely complained about their stay, booked paid room not provided a then: own staff is complaining to guests about cheap management thats why no breakfast or it takes 3 hours and tastes horrible. They say its used a workers quarter and not as a proper hotel. Its in fact a one star hostel that should Charge 9 euro per night.

Excellent location, very good for couples

The hotel is perfectly situated on the main square of Náchod and right below the castle. The building is rather old, but quite nice and well renovated inside. Breakfast were good - everybody could choose what he/she wants. Prices of accommodation and in hotel restaurant are little bit above average. Free parking is possible in front of the hotel. Good choice mainly for couples or families.
