Helpful, friendly staff including the driver who pickup n deliver us to airport. Excellent Security and good restaurant. Highly recommended n i will book in again for my next trip to naga.

I was booked with a deluxe single room yet they give me a regular room without a window. Rates in hotel.com is higher than the actual walkin rate.

Run down
The hotel is very run down and definitely in need of an overhaul. The hot water does not work, the phones are crackling when I try to call another room, there was no toilet roll holder or toilet roll, the wifi is non existent in the rooms. There was a cockroach running around my room as well.
