Staff were the best in hospitality I have ever met! Food choices and drinks amazing. 3 minute walk to lift and can ski from there most of the resorts! Great location and place to stay! Easy to get by bus and train from Tokyo no car necessary.

Excellent central hotel in Nagano, very close to the station (around 5 min walk). We checked in late after the Shinkansen from Tokyo and the process was quick and efficient. The breakfast was good and twinned with Wendy’s so there was the option of a burger as well. Clean and tidy hotel.
