Yaya was absolutely Perfect and extremely accommodating. I stayed at yaya with my husband and two kids from 12/2-12/5. We traveled to Tanzania for a few days and then completed our vacation back in Kenya at yaya on 12/10. Having a comfortable place to stay with your children is important and yaya fulfilled it all. We loved our apartment at Yaya! So much we came back two extra times in between safaris to rest and regroup. The staff was exceptional! They made us feel like family. Part of why we kept returning. The apartments are huge, clean as could be. There were shower amenities, plenty of towels. The linens are super. When we visit again we are definitely returning here. Thank you for a wonderful experience during our time in Kenya! We will never forget you all ❤️

Excellent customer service, great location

I stayed at the Yaya Towers Apartments while on a brief stopover to South Africa. The apartment was spacious , clean and much larger than regular accommodations. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Security is also very reassuring at Yaya Apartments. The location is also super convinient for trips to the city centre amd its right within the Yaya shopping complex. I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked again on my trip back to stay 3 more days while transacting business in Nairobi. I would highly recommend Yaya Tower Apartments.

Rudeness of security ruins anything positive

Location is great. The building needs remodeling. Bathrooms particularly. It looks that they are over 30 years old. people are very nice. Breakfast is delivered from mall restaurants. Don't count to be delivered before 7.15 am. No AC. Not needed though! Over all a pleasing experience! Again, very nice people!
