No towels provide, bed was unmade on arrival, hot tub was not cleaned let alone heated for arrival. Was definitely not as advertised, a break to relax and recharge. There are lots of small towns to visit nearby and an afternoon picnic sitting next to lake Bala was very relaxing. It is ideal for a family. I have no hesitation in recommending this property."

Lack of light pollution makes the night sky amazing in the hot tub. The host is wonderful and the place is top drawer.
