Central, comfortable and clean!
This is an excellent, central hotel with wonderful friendly staff and a nice pool. The bed was really comfortable, the view from my room was great and the bathroom is pristine! The breakfast buffet was also tasty and fresh. I will definitely be back!

部屋が綺麗、大型冷蔵庫、キッチン、洗濯機完備で長期滞在には便利。テレビ及び音響設備も良い。ホテルのWIFIがVPNを通じているため、中国で規制のあるサイトも開け、スピードも速い。 ホテルの横には大型商業施設、スーパー、フードコート、も入っており便利、 1点残念なのは朝食の料理の種類が少ない。

いつも出張で利用している、すぐ近くにショッピングモールがあってすごい便利 ただし、いつも通り、エクスペディアのカスタマー最低 変な日本語喋るし、活舌悪すぎて何言っているかわからん ロジック的に説明できないくせに、突っ込んで聞いたら、「何回も申し上げましたーーー」っていうし どこから募集してきた?といいつも思う

The staff here are not polite or even nice. The beds are hard. No room service or food after 9pm. I was double charged for breakfast even though it was included in my booking. WiFi seems to never work. Stick to the intercontinental.

テレビのオーディオシステムの操作が複雑で、音量調節に手間取った。 窓の開閉方法が分からず、夜中にスタッフに締めてもらった。説明書が有ればよかった。 大きな冷蔵庫、IHヒーター付キッチン、調理器具類、ドラム式洗濯機等が有り、長期滞在には便利だと思う。

清潔感があり快適
部屋は広く、清潔感もあって、設備も整っていたので快適にすごせました。 ただ、テレビにつながっているスピーカーの音が急に出なくなってしまい、色々と試しましたが直らず… 言葉も通じないし、チェックアウトの朝だったということもあり、特にフロントへは連絡しませんでした。 そこを除けば文句なしです。

非常超值的住宿體驗
這次到南通出差因為只住一晚,就按慣例找靠近客戶的酒店,搜尋到雅詩閣的時候覺得價格合理,照片看起來也很棒就訂了。到了現場才發現,酒店位在36-48樓,大廳在36樓,櫃台設計的很親切,是可以坐下來辦理入住的。這次被安排的房間在40樓。VIEW很棒,房間很新,電視是SONY的,音響是JBL,還有膠囊咖啡機,還有簡單的廚房,餐具和煑飯的工具全部都幫我們準備好了。冰箱是標準規格的冰箱,不是飯店常用的小冰箱。還有微波爐,很適合長住的客戶。最另我驚訝的是,竟然有洗衣機,而且是西門子的洗衣烘衣二合一的,還貼心的準備兩小包洗衣粉,剛好可以把出差幾天的臭衣服洗乾淨,不用再帶回家洗。早餐餐廳在48樓,選項雖然沒有太多,但是應有盡有,味道也都料理的蠻好的。算是很超值的住宿體驗。

I liked the property and the mini studio that I used - it would be helpful if there was a guide where to buy food or order food from a Western perspective . Absence of a bar is a major disadvantage for casual visitors - we were there 3 nights

新しくてきれいなホテルです
新しいホテルで非常に清潔感がある内装。 アメニティはロクシタンで満足度高し。 受付が36階にあり、1階の入り口が分かりにくいため少し迷うかもしれない。 チェックイン時に前払い有無のトラブルがあったが非常に丁寧に応対してもらえたため逆に好感を持てた。

Good & Bad experience!
Overall the stay is good, the suite is comfortable and full equip with oven, induction cooker, washing machine in new condition. Breakfast has limited choice, but the taste is good. Special thanks to Nathan - assistant guest manager to send my passport to my room. I left my passport in the reception. About the bad experienced, when check in, 3 elevators are not functioning due to false fire alarm, but hotel handle it well and bring us to use the service lift to check in at 36th floor.
