Bel établissement

Belle chambre avec un frigo Très calme Climatisation un peu bruyante La salle de bain n est pas très grande, ce qui ' est pas un problème. Ce qu il faudrait revoir, c'est la douche : la porte est à changer, et un flexible a la place d une pomme de douche fixe serait beaucoup plus appréciable surtout quand on ne veut pas se mouiller les cheveux a chaque douche. Il est possible de laisser les bagages au départ avec toutes les instructions par mail, Une personne est présente au 1er étage du bâtiment B mais jusqu'à 14h, apre les bagages sont laissés dans surveillance dans l' entrée, un peu limite.. A part ça je recommande cet établissement et je reviendrais ici si je dois revenir a Naples.

Great location in the city. Close to key areas for food and travel. The completely virtual check in worked ok for us (maybe trickier for less digitally confident people). The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Had a couple of small issues that didn't get fixed but we knew we'd booked a relatively basic stay so nothing that drastically impacted our stay. The walls are quite thin so you're reliant on self aware guests in other rooms which we did have. I'd recommend staying again if you're just looking for a place to put your head down at the end of the day but if you're looking for something more it might not be for you. Our contact on WhatsApp was very helpful and could sort out taxis for the morning etc, but again a couple of issues weren't sorted while we were there.

Very confusing property- this is basically a room within a corridor or rooms, within an apartment block, within a courtyard, in a very poor area of Naples. Remote entry to the property with a lift to the first floor once you have gone up a flight of stairs- so not suitable for those with mobility issues (plus getting through the small entrance off the street would be a struggle). There is no local parking and the area feels generally unsafe (would not recommend for solo or female travellers). The room was very basic, bedding was clean but the bathroom was mouldy. The noise from the street at night is considerable. There are no VIP benefits, to be honest I am amazed this has made it onto Hotels.com

This was a very good stay. The area is very close to the center and getting around is a breeze. The unit itself was very clean, we came extra early and saw them scrubbing the unit clean. Communication with the host was also easy. It is a bit of a process to get in but it was explained well and the reply's were prompt. The only downside to this unit we found that the bathroom we had the water would go cold every so often. It was a bit uncomfortable to be hit with freezing water unexpectedly. Other than that it was great.

La struttura, ubicata al primo piano di una palazzo nel centro di Napoli, offre delle buona camere, spaziose e abbastanza confortevoli. La pulizia, giornaliera, è buona così come il cambio degli asciugamani. L'aria condizionata ha avuto qualche problema iniziale, così come l'acqua calda, dopo qualche incomprensione iniziale però il problema è stato risolto. Nel complesso un buon giudizio per 4/5 giorni a Napoli. Spaccanapoli dista 10 minuti a piedi, poco di più la stazione Garibaldi. La fermata metro Duomo si trova a 2 minuti a piedi.
