Our room (Plebiscito) was clean, comfortable, and modern. The bathroom was spacious and had a huge jet tub. Staff was accommodating but spoke little to no English. The hotel is on the second floor with the smallest elevator I have ever seen. It took a couple of elevator cycles to get us and out luggage to and from our room.

God beliggenhet, behagelig seng, rent rom, hyggelig vertskap. Kan ikke be om så mye mer. Kanskje bortsett fra frokosten, som var typisk italiensk, og ikke stort mer enn espresso og nutella.

Bella struttura. Centralissima
Struttura molto bella. Ben curata. In pieno centro. Personale disponibilissimo a risolvere ogni problema. L'unica pecca è stato l'odore fastidioso del bagno cieco, forse causato dalle piogge di quei giorni.

A little confusing to find at first if you arrive later in the night. But a nice clean and spacious hotel with great restaurants and eating choices around. Awesome location

Property was great and in a great location. Walkable to the waterfront and sights within Naples. Parking was a bit far and once we were in the lot we didn’t want to take the car out of the lot. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, very clean and comfortable. Check-in was a bit rough as there was a language barrier, but the lovely man that checked us in used google translate and we got through it. Breakfast was served every day, pastries and coffee. Everything was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Substance over style.
Superb rooms that have style over substance. The receptionist was very helpful with booking in, and arranged a taxi for the following day. The room had a great shower and kettle in the room. However only one classic T bag, and reception was unmanned from lunchtime(Sun). The room also had a safe, locked but the combination was known, but nowhere to speak to anyone to help. Hotel boasted sound proofing, however that needs to be reviewed. Our room backed onto reception, where we heard the water heater go on several times in the night. A reasonable stay the bed was comfortable, hairdryer did not work. Breakfast was served in the room, which consisted of 3 pastries and coffee and fruit drink. Being a T drinker I was not impressed. Overall a reasonable stay, but would not return.

Great location, clean and comfortable. There is no “front desk” so you have to let them know when you are about to arrive to check in. Which we didn’t know at first. But we just called the number and they were there within minutes. So no big deal.

The room is really clean, modern and spacious. The location is good, near the Spanish quarters and the water. Breakfast was served in our room which was a nice touch.

It is not a hotel, it is very well renovated and beautiful suite in an awful old and not clean building and an elevator.

家庭的で清潔なホテル
入り口がどこか一瞬戸惑いましたが、ナポリのホテルはどこもこんな感じとのこと。中に入るととても清潔な部屋に入れます。想像以上に広く、家庭的な雰囲気のホテルでとても居心地が良かったです。 部屋数も少ないため、静かで、出入りも楽にできました。また訪れたいと思います。

No front desk. You have to coordinate your arrival time to make sure someone is there to let you in. Window is just to inside of building stairway. It was clean and the location is good for ferry’s and restaurants and shops. Go to Brandis Pizzeria!

Very nice inside, a little scary at first there is a big door then a little one lots of locks! Then a court yard inside with parking.But not for customers which it did say parking In description. So we had to go about 10 blocks in a not so nice area & pay 40 dollars a day! Other wise good area for shopping & dining.

Avis Mecla Suites
Séjour agréable au Mecla Suites, chambre offrant tout le confort souhaité, et très propre. Petit déjeuné servi dans la chambre belle prestation. Personnel gentil, à votre écoute. Un point à améliorer, pas facile de joindre par telephone le contact en journée pour les arrivées tardives l'hotel ne dispose pas d'une reception.

Location perfetta a 30 metri piazza plebiscito. Stanza enorme , con jacuzzi in camera. Letto matrimoniale comodo. Disastro il divano letto. Materassino sottilissimo. Richiesta di culla per bambino di 3 anni, con 260€ al giorno si sarebbero potuti sbattere a cercare. Colazione sotto le aspettative, da hotel 1 stella, tutto sommato non ci tornerei per vacanza con bamy

overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mecla Suites in Naples, with the exception of no hot water for 3 mornings in a row. we informed the staff, who said they would request maintenance, but each morning was the same, no hot water. There was hot water in the afternoon. For this reason, we are rating the property as disappointing and would request Mecla Suites provide some refund to what we paid.

A nossa maior dificuldade foi o contato prévio para fazer o check in, não conseguimos contato pelo chat do aplicativo somente por ligação e eles não falavam em inglês. Tirando essa experiência do começo, a estadia foi ótima, o quarto excelente e a localização também.

Despite the fact that I did not see you were supposed to contact the owner to set a check in time at least 24 hours before arrival. he met us there and was so kind and generous. When we first arrived we were confused as the front does not look like a hotel but rather a car garage or apartment entryway. You then go up to the second floor and the door opens to the beautiful hotel. It wonderfully decorated and the beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms were just like the pictures, spacious and very nice. There was a lot of space in the rooms as well and the windows are tall and open to the alleys. It is a great area to stay in with beautiful monuments and delicious restaurants and treats.

Vicinissimo a piazza del Plebiscito, posizione ideale per visitare Napoli. Tutto perfetto, dal check in al check out. Stanza pulita con tutto l'occorrente per un piacevole soggiorno, ottima.colazione in camera all'ora concordata, pulizia impeccabile e personale disponibile e gentile. Da consigliare assolutamente.

The staff really make this place! They were so kind and so accommodating. We have two celiacs in the family and the first day they had a lot of gluten-free options for breakfast for us. The location is unbeatable! Make sure you get a room with street view as you'll have a nice view of the ocean and mount vesuvius in the distance. Highly recommend this place!
