"The hotel is new and clean and very close to restaurants and also a short drive to downtown. We had a problem with our toilet flush that persisted over 2 days and the plumber needed to come in twice, plus we had to wait out the night without flush which was very annoying. But the hotel staff were friendly and reacted immediately plus Mary at the front desk was very accommodating and offered some good alternatives. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"I’ve stayed twice at this location, both were quick overnight stops. The staff was proactive and had me checked in when I got there. I was given all the instructions I needed to get into the room. It was clean, recently remodeled, the comfortable bed was comfortable, and shower was hot. The price was competitive and I’ll be staying there anytime I get down to Marco Island. If you’re looking for full service, this is not it, but if you’re looking for clean and comfortable, this is your stay."

"This was our first time staying here and we really enjoyed it! The fishing was really good, the restaurant, The Fish House, was right next door and so convenient with great options, you really don't need to leave the area. Food, bait is all in walking distance. We appreciate the early check-in option very much. The staff is lovely and the grounds are very well kept. I would say you just plan to part in the overflow lot by the Fish House because there are only 3-4 parking spots. It works...
