"The room was clean, they had decorated it for us for our honeymoon stay! They also celebrated us with some cakes as well. The view out of the room was beautiful. "Excellent, friendly staff from the cleaners to the friend desk. They beat the Taj and the Ritz Carlton . It is a new property and pretty well done everything. Quality shower bathroom fittings, firm bed, sheets. Excellent tasty breakfast beats the 5star hotels. Every one has a smile on their face when they see you and go above and beyond. Hope they keep up like it is now and we will have an affordable nice hotel across from Lulu mall. "

"The food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. I had some problems with the room. Lights were complicated and the shower was tiny. The best part of this hotel was the staff in the Indian Restaurant. They were a delight. I’ll be back in Kochi and may not stay there again but I would go and eat there anytime. "

"I stayed at the Artiste for four nights. The hotel arranged seamless transfer from the airport. All reception staff (especially Abhirami) and all staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and courteous.
