"We were looking for a room to stay for couple of hours during our trip to florida, room was clean, met our need, did not face any issues."

"On the positive side: The bed was comfortable, the room was large with a full kitchen and a full sized fridge and the AC worked well. On the negative: The bathroom was tiny, the shower tile was a patchwork mismatch with some grungy grout, the hair dryer didn't work and the mount detached from the wall, the furniture was a mismatch eclectic mix with no couch and the electric plugs and wires were exposed. "Rude customer service. Tv was messed up and called front desk, he said to watch the 2 channels or nothing. Channels were partial porn and QVC. He refused th o come check it out or replace tv. Room wasn't great, partial clean, noisy, bed hard. Sheets keep coming off bed cause bottom sheet was a flat sheet. Won't stay there again."
