"This is a beautiful hotel. I really liked the historic charm. Most of the staff were really nice and helpful. The only thing that was not top notch to me, was the valet service. It was slow at times, however the valet staff were nice and friendly. Coffee was good, facilities are nice. I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Little Rock."

"I’ve stayed here a few other times & the beds are usually comfortable but this time it definitely wasn’t. Also the toilet was very low & the showerhead needs to be a rain type shower not just one small shower head."

"We did not have breakfast there, the room was poorly cleaned the bathroom towel shelf was dusty, the carpet was dated and the bedding on the bed was not up to par the comforter had a stain. I'm glad I had disposable linen. The towels however appeared to be new. The staff was very professional and nice, this made up for a lot of the flaws sited in the hotel "

"The hotel is overall quiet but of course when the early morning flights start, you can hear them. The rooms are spacious, staff are very helpful, and being able to shuttle to the airport is great. They rooms could be a bit cleaner and better taken care of."
