"It was wonderful from the moment I arrived and the friendly valets helped me until the moment I left. The room was clean and welcoming. The view was phenomenal. The staff all were impeccable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pittsburgh."

"This property was newly renovated. When we checked in, we inquired about the laundry room (hours, cost, location, etc). She told us that the washing machine was free but the dryer was coin operated. That was not true, $2 to wash, $3 to dry. I didn’t have enough quarters to dry, and front desk didn’t have any change, so she let me dry my clothes in the hotel dryer. That was a save! We got a king bed suite. It was spacious, clean, and fairly new. And thank goodness NO carpet! I hate carpet in...
