"I have just stayed at the senseana resort for 5 days.
Upon arrival the hotel staff couldn’t be more accommodating, they are all very friendly and could help you enough, they are what make you feel like you are at home!
The one only thing I think that let’s this hotel down is the food served, it was quite a limited choice for main meals and snacks, although the food served was very nice. Apart from this 5* all day long.

We travelled as a family and it was our 1st time in Crete and an adults only Hotel, our whole experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the hotel till the day of leaving.
